One day it occurred to me there's nothing a newsie likes more than spouting an opinion, passing along a gem of wisdom or just telling a favorite story. That germ of an idea evolved into the Seven Questions project, which seems to prove that in this line of work, it's not the quality of the questions that matters so much as the qualities of the questioned.
